Monitoring Standards

The 90-day
trajectory analysis.

Measurement is not a finish line. It is the unit of care. The cadence is engineered to compound information across decades.

Cadence

  1. Phase 01

    Day 0

    Comprehensive baseline

Two-hour intake. Full trajectory panel: metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, hepatic, renal, lipid sub-fraction, and functional metrics. Imaging where indicated.

  2. Phase 02

    Day 14

    Plan delivery

Written plan with tier-graded recommendations, sequenced. The plan names what is being measured next — and why.

  3. Phase 03

    Day 90

    First re-measurement

Targeted re-panel of the markers expected to move. Compare against your own baseline, not the population. Adjust.

  4. Phase 04

    Day 180

    Trajectory review

Full re-panel. Annualised rate-of-change is established. The loop continues, indefinitely.

Decision Logic

We move on signal.

When a marker is drifting in the wrong direction — even within range — we treat the drift as actionable. The earliest possible intervention is the gentlest possible intervention.

We pause on noise.

A single reading is rarely a decision. We re-measure before we re-prescribe. The cost of the wrong intervention is greater than the cost of the next blood draw.
